Coronavirus Update

MRH Solicitors are aware of the ongoing concerns with regards the spread of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and are doing everything possible to ensure the safety and protection of our employees, clients and others who come into contact with our firm.

The Government assessment of the virus and its implications is being closely monitored by us and as matters progress we will adapt our company policies accordingly, to maintain safety and provide continuity of services to our clients as reasonably practicable.

At the present time, we remain open and invite clients to contact us by way of telephone and email and continue to offer our clients a fully functioning service.

MRH Solicitors have taken steps to minimise the risk and try to delay the spread of the virus to our employees, clients and other contacts by implementing the following measures:

  • provided employees with individual hand sanitisers in addition to those available in the communal areas;
  • Some employees have been permitted to work remotely to reduce staffing levels in the office;
  • Offering telephone and video conferencing facilities to reduce direct contact;
  • Reinforcing the message to our employees of the importance of washing hands, keeping clean, following the rules of ‘catch it, kill it and bin it’ and importantly self-isolation should they display any of the symptoms related to Covid-19.

MRH Solicitors recognise that these are uncertain and unprecedented times and we will continue to monitor the situation and take all reasonable precautions to help meet the needs of the business and ensure the health and safety of our employees and clients etc.

We will continue to provide substantive updates in the event of further developments.
