As solicitors in Bolton we recently acted for Mr B, a local Taxi driver who had an accident whilst taking his son shopping. The case was dealt with on a No Win No Fee basis. The third-party driver denied he was responsible for the accident, denied he had caused any damage, denied he was using his Mobile phone whist driving and denied he had caused Mr B any injuries.

We also acted for a passenger who was traveling in what turned out to be an uninsured drivers vehicle, who was unfortunate enough to be involved in a serious accident, leaving him with very serious injuries to his leg.
