MRH Solicitors were instructed to represent GS who unfortunately suffered serious and life changing injuries when he was struck by and subsequently trapped beneath a truck during the course of his employment. GS suffered fractures of the pelvis, pubic symphysis and left sacro illiac joint, as well as fractures of the 2nd, 3rd & 5th Metatarsal of the left foot. In addition the client experienced an adverse psychological reaction. Through the course of the claim, Kevin was able to secure interim payments to help ease his client’s financial concerns and arrange rehabilitation to aid his client’s recovery. The claim was settled for a significant six figure sum by way of compensation for the client’s serious injuries and financial losses, including loss of earnings.
