MRH Solicitors were instructed by Mr. C, who suffered serious life-changing injuries following a road traffic accident which occurred in April 2011.
MRH Solicitors were only instructed in May 2015, over a year after the third anniversary of his accident and the limitation period for bringing a claim had expired. MRH Solicitors are delighted to confirm that thanks to the efforts of the Serious Injury Department’s experienced solicitors, Mr. C’s claim has been successfully resurrected and efforts are now ongoing to quantify Mr. C’s claim.
