In 2017, Mr W was involved in a road traffic accident as a result of which he suffered multiple serious injuries, including a fractured nose, fractured radial head fracture of left elbow, fractured right wrist and nerve damage to the right hand, fractured pelvis/right displaced pubic rami superior fractures, fractured right tibia and fibula, as well as soft tissue injuries, bruising and lacerations and an adverse psychological reaction.

Mr W’s claim in respect of his injuries was complex.
