Hope For Ageing Mesothelioma Sufferers

Mesothelioma sufferers in their 80’s and 90’s have been given hope that they could still be entitled to substantial compensation following a landmark court ruling in the House of Lords in the case of Ball-v-Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change.

In this case the House of Lords awarded £50,000 compensation in respect of the pain and suffering endured by Mr. Ball, a 92 year old man who developed the asbestos related cancer following his work for British Coal.
